"LOT RENT LOTTO"

Details To be eligible for "LOT RENT LOTTO":
  1. Lessee must have paid his/her lot rent before the 5th and NOT been in violation of any of the rules and regulations for the previous six consecutive months.
  2. Your name will then go in a hat for the drawing.
  3. The winner will receive their coupon by mail (Good toward the next month's lot rent).
  4. Everyone can view each month's winner on our "information" page.
  5. No one resident may win more than once per year.
